Booking Confirmation
By booking a ride through our platform, you agree to the following terms and conditions. All bookings are subject to availability and will be confirmed via SMS or email. It is your responsibility to ensure that the booking details provided are accurate. Passengers are expected to be at the pickup location on time; delays beyond 10 minutes may result in cancellation or additional waiting charges. Cancellations made more than 30 minutes before the scheduled pickup time are eligible for a full refund, while cancellations within 30 minutes are non-refundable. No-shows will be charged the full fare. A grace period of 5 minutes is allowed for waiting; beyond this, a fee of $0.50 per minute will apply. Passengers are responsible for their own belongings, and any unsafe or excessive luggage may lead to ride cancellation without a refund. Smoking, drinking, or any form of inappropriate behavior inside the vehicle is strictly prohibited and may result in service denial.
Fare Estimates
All fare estimates provided at the time of booking are approximate and may vary based on traffic, route changes, tolls, or waiting time. The final fare is calculated at the end of the trip.
Driver Right to Refuse Service
Drivers reserve the right to refuse service if the passenger is intoxicated, abusive, carrying prohibited items, or poses a risk to safety. No refund will be provided in such cases.
